30 Day Development Sprint
Research & Planning
Having worked in two different cooperatives, I identified key pain points such as tracking critical votes. I used the time before the hackathon to research and plan the core features.
Core Development
Built the directory, group management, voting system, and discussion platform with Bolt.new and VS Code.
Polish & Present
Refined the user experience, added cooperative principles, and prepared our demo for the global audience.
